Accounts Receivable Manager (West Salem)

Hotline Freight System, Inc. is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Manager for 1st shift.Job Duties include processing daily deposits, calling customers for payment status of past due invoices, running monthly statements, checking payroll summary for accuracy, filing and assisting with other duties.Qualifications would be someone that has completed at least their first year of coursework in Accounting along with the completion of computerized accounting. Knowledge of Quick books, Excel, Word, Outlook and computer operation is also preferred.

The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm however we can be flexible to accommodate a student schedule.
